Meet Tricia.
As President and Creative Director, Tricia leads the team. Tricia has been recognized by AIGA, HOW, PRSA, Logo Lounge, Graphic Design USA, Rockport Publishing and Corporate ID America for design excellence in multiple categories. Prior to founding the company she was Design Director at Carmichael Lynch Spong.
In addition to her work as a designer, Tricia has participated in the National Designer Advisory Board for Fox River Paper and Co-Chaired the Minnesota Design Show and the Walker Insights Lecture Series. Currently, she is active in Hudson Daybreak Rotary and is Vice President of Communications for the Hudson Community Fund. Tricia graduated with a BFA from Drake University.

Meet Dave.
Dave’s role is second in command of the studio overseeing creative, production and internal processes. Dave has over ten years experience in the design community, working with small firms and large agencies including the History Factory and Fallon International. Dave specializes in branding such as EcoBonus and environmental design such as graphics for the International Builder’s Show. He has received CASE Circle of Excellence Awards,numerous awards from Graphic Design USA and has had work published by Logo Lounge and Rockport Publishing.
Like Tricia, Dave has also co-chaired the Minnesota Design Awards and received a BA from Drake University.

Meet Calvin.
Calvin Buchanan has led a majority of the interactive work at c:c for the past 5 years, although his skills range from print to new media. His projects range in audience and scale including a statewide teen awareness campaign to ongoing corporate e-communications for national audiences. Calvin fulfills most of the programming work personally, and supervises internal and external teams on additional projects.
Calvin is involved in student mentoring, manages the internal internship program and has been recognized by Graphic Design USA for design excellence. Calvin holds a BFA from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.

As Project Manager, Kelly offers select clients additional face-to-face service and acts as the primary point of contact for groups such as Hudson Hospital & Clinics with projects including a 300+ page website and quarterly magazine. Kelly manages a diverse list of projects internally in addition to managing all vendor relationships externally.
Previously, Kelly worked as a Marketing Specialist at Travelers in St. Paul, Minnesota where she worked with numerous internal clients including Bond & Financial Products, Human Resources, Ocean Marine and Construction. Kelly earned a BA from Hamline University, Saint Paul, Minnesota.
